Both that it took 4 days for them to set it up and the lack of help from their support. I then on the eighth day (one day after 7 day money back guarantee) described to them the problems that I had with the server. This does that my 7 day money back guarantee goes out and I'm stuck there with a problem I can't resolve, no guides on google or YouTube and absolutely no help from the customer support. I contacted them several times about it, and what I get back from them all is the same YouTube video that doesn't even show how to resolve my problem. When I get it I can't even get it to work. Firstly it took 4 days for it to be fully set upped, and on there website it says 1 minute. I've recently made the mistake of buying a game server from them.
The customer support is so bad it's not even a point of writing questions to them. Zap hosting is without a doubt the worst game hosting server option there is out there. They have since told me "you decide yourself how easy you want to make this" and stated they will be sending me to a creditor for the $7 Euro I spent in 7 days. They then told me even though it had only been 24 hours since I started the server and I contacted them at 11 hours into the server they won't refund me and so I removed my payment at paypal and created a claim. Predatory, in the time they took to respond I slept, got another server, and got all my friends on it.
Attempting to contact customer support stated they can help in 12 hours via email, or I can pay additional money to get help sooner. There was no way to do this so next option would be to restart the server, but restarting the server deleted the entire game world and all characters, with no backup. So normally you would use the console to kick/remove the person so they can re-enter the game. One person got stuck in the server and trying to re-enter said they were already there. Rented a server for a game, had no help, no controls for the server had no console for the game (literally everyone has a console for the game if you rent a server).
